You sit four brain-training sessions per day. Spread across the day, about four hours apart, each session lasts about one minute. The App will prompt you to sit the session and monitor your progress.
This is the Inhibition Training Response theory in practice: You are training your brain four times a day to make better choices. We will give you one rest-day for every six consecutive days of training. On your rest day, there will no session and no prompts from the app.
